Kawachi Fuji Garden

Hii, long time no see since my blog have been hacked

Kawachi Fuji-en

Now I'll tell you all about one of the most wanted place that I want to visit. I actually have some, but now I'll only tell you one of them. This is an amazing plaacee

One of the most wanted place that I want to visit is Kawachi fuji garden. It is home to incredible 150 wisteria plants spanning 20 different species. The garden’s main attraction is the Wisteria tunnel that allows visitors to walk down an enchanting tunnel exploding with colour.

Kawachi fuji garden about 6 hours from Tokyo Japan. To get to the garden from JR Yahata station, we take Nishitetsu bus #56 and get off at Kawachi Elementary School. Then walk 10-15 minute to the garden. The GPS coordinates: 33°49’54.62″N 130°47’33.42″E. The best time to visit  is from late April to mid May, typically peaking at the end of April. The garden is private so there is an entry fee. The greater the bloom, the entry fee is more expensive.

Wisteria is a genus of flowering plants in the pea family, Fabaceae, that includes ten species of woody climbing vines native to the Eastern United States and to China, Korea, and Japan. Wisteria vines climb by twining their stems either clockwise or counterclockwise round any available support. They can climb as high as 20 m above the ground and spread out 10 m laterally. The world’s largest known Wisteria vine is in Sierra Madre, California, measuring more than 1 acre (0.40 ha) in size and weighing 250 tons, planted in 1894 of the Chinese lavender variety.

The leaves are alternate, 15 to 35 cm long, pinnate, with 9 to 19 leaflets. The flowers are produced in pendulous racemes 10 to 80 cm long and are purple, violet, pink or white. Flowering is in the spring (just before or as the leaves open) in some Asian species, and in mid to late summer in the American species and W. japonica. The flowers of some species are fragrant, most notably Chinese Wisteria.

I hope one day I can visit this place. Have you ever visit this place?

Megantara

Megantara
SMAN 3 Bandung held a cultural festival every year. This year, the cultural festival was named "Megantara", with archipelago as the theme. Megantara held on Saturday, September 10, 2016.

Megantara's Poster
Megantara 2016 presented a variety of cultures such as Sundanese gamelan, rampak kendang, fashion show, wayang golek, and standard game from five major islands in Indonesia. To make this cultural festival did not seem boring, the committee invited RAN and The Changcuters as the guest stars. They also invited Karawitan SMK 10 Bandung, Rampak Kendang Darul Hikam, SMEs Bali Telkom, Community Jaipong kotemporer, Barudak studio Prihamdani, Orchestra Semi Dangdut ITB and Extracurricular SMAN 3 such as Lingkung Seni Sunda 3, KPA 3, Vocal Group 3, Classical Music 3, Tiloes Theatre, Band 3, and so on. This event aims to preserve the culture of Indonesia and invite young people today so as not ashamed to show their Indonesiaan. Megantara 2016 was attended by the Mayor of Bandung Mr. Ridwan Kamil. He was very enthusiastic about Indonesian culture.

Finally, the long-awaited day arrived. Saturday, September 10, 2016 all of the tenth grade students went to the Bali field at 7am use Sundanese traditional clothing, namely kebaya and pangsi. Some kids from pre-schools in Bandung also joined the parade. we and all parade participants started the parade from the bali field around 8 am. We walked around until the Bandung town hall, and back again to the bali field. The parade finished about 10 am.

Parade
After the parade, I and my friend returned to SMAN 3 to change clothes and waited for the gate opened. The committee said that the gate would be opened around  11.30 am. We entered the Bali field after the gate was opened. We can exchanged the ticket with fruit tea…yeayyy…Inside the field, the event was not started yet, so we just went around and sigh seeing. The weather on that day was hot enough. We saw an ice cream stand and we bought it immediately. That ice cream was soo delicious but the price was more expensive than usual.

Soon after that, the event began. in fact I did not really pay attention to the opening ceremony. I just kept going around, chatted with friends, also spent money for snacks. On the late afternoon, the show more attracted and field full of visitors. I also met some of my old friends.

When maghrib time, I and my friend decided to pray first, but the little mosque was full. Unfortunately, that time was time for T'ST (Theatre SMAN 3 Bandung)  to perform and we felt pity to miss it. After we prayed, we immediately headed towards the stage and tried to find a place as forward as possible. Fortunately T'ST still performed and we could watch their performance even if only briefly.

At 7.00 pm, my mother called me and asked me what time I would go home. I didn’t have much time to answer my mother questions because my cell phone run out of battery. I borrowed my friend’s phone to communicate with my mom. My mom said that my father was on the way to pick me up for going home. I felt disappointed because I had to go home and I missed the peak event. The special guests on this event are The Changcuters and RAN, and I missed their performance. My friends told me that their performances looked incredible. I also missed its closure that so festive. I hope next year I can attend this kind of event until finish.

My Unforgettable Moment

Hello (again) everyone! Today I will tell you about my unforgettable moment

Unforgettable moment is a precious moment in someone's life, it could be good or bad. Everyone must be have at least one in their life, so do I. Well, I actually have some, but now I will only tell you one of them, the most precious one. (The full story could use up 14 pages on MS. Word). My unforgettable moment was on primary school.

Primary school is the most beautiful and precious moment in my life. During primary school, our mind was still fresh and got stressed so rarely. We can still play as much as we want, no worries, no overthinks. I really miss my childhood, especially at primary school. I had so much fun there.

I studied at SDIT Daarul Fikri, and graduated on 2013. That's a really good school! Back to the topic, my precious moment was on 5th grade. 2012. Best year ever! Well, let's begin the story.

It was a nice Saturday, when the 10-years-old-me was still so plain. 7 a.m., I finally finished to go to school for group task. I said goodbye to my parents, then I went to school by walk because my house is so close to school (about 200 meters). After a few minutes walking, I finally arrived at my school. then I went to 2nd floor, to my class. There were only 3 people in the class. Actually my class only has 14 students, 5 girls, and 9 boys.

After 30 minutes waiting, my friends finally come (only 9), and we started to work. but we had many accidents on working, so we decided to take a rest. Because we were too tired to finish the task, my friend suggested us to go to a place. He said it was a really beautiful place.

[sorry guys my blog have been hacked :( but I'll re-write this soon]

Teriyaki

Hello, welcome to my blog
Indonesian Independence day is on August 17th. We usually celebrate it with many competitions and contests, such as traditional costume contest, football competition (usually the participants wear funny costumes), water relay race; and the typical competitions such as balap karung, tarik tambang, panjat pinang,  and many more. Those competitions and contests usually held at schools, offices, or housing complex. It actually celebrated with parade on the street too.

In our school (SMAN 3 Bandung), the celebration of Indonesian Independence day this year named 'Teriyaki' (Tiga Merayakan Kemerdekaan Indonesia). This event--such as competitions and tournaments--held on August 27th 2016 (a bit late). The participants are the 10th grade students, and the committee are the 11th grader students. This event held on Bali Field from 07.30 a.m until 03.00 p.m.

After I took a bath, had breakfast, used sport uniform, and prepared everything, I left my house and went to Bali Field with my dad at 07.00 a.m. But I got traffic jam on the road, so I arrived at Bali Field a bit late, but nothing activity has begun.

When I have arrived at Bali Field, the 10th grade students were on the basket field. They form a line, based on their class. I looked for my classmate and joined them. After a few minutes, the event finally started. The head of the committee gave a welcome speech. After that, there was a little entertainment, such as stand up comedy. Grade 10 at SMA 3 Bandung consist of 12 classes. These classes divided into 3 groups for the game. Each group consists of 4 classes. My previous class (X MIPA 9) was on C group along with MIPA 3, MIPA 10, and IPS 2. After division of the groups, we started to race, based on our group. Our team started the game at soccer field, then we went to the hall, and finally we went to basket field.

On the soccer field, we played water sponge game. On this game, we had to displace a pail of water to other empty pail by using a sponge. The sponge was immersed to the water on a pail, and then group members brought this wet sponge to empty pail on  the other side, and then squeezed the sponge to release the water.

On the hall, we play throwing-ball-to-opponent game. On this game, each class send 6 students (3 girls and 3 boys). The rules is throwing ball to opponent team; then if a player hitted by the ball, the player had to move to their opponent area; and every player throw the ball until one team lose.

On the basketball court, we play tarik tambang. Each class send 10 students (5 girls and 5 boys). After the wistle blowed, each team pull the rope until one team pulled by the other team.

After the competition finished, we finally took a rest, prayed at Al-Kautsar Mosque, and ate our lunch. After that, the winner of this event announced. The event finally finished and we prayed as the closure. We finally could go home about at 3 p.m.

It's Me

My name is Athiyya Yumna Arifa. I was born in Jakarta, August 29 2001. I live in (sorry this is private) street in Dago, Bandung. Now I study at senior high school 3 Bandung. My parents actually are alumni of this school too but it was long time ago. Well, more than thirty years ago. I have one brother and two sisters. My brother is 13 years old and he studies at junior high school 2 Bandung, not far from here. My first sister is 10 years old this year and now she studies at elementary school not far from our house. And my last sister will be 3 years old this December. She's so cute and I love her so much

My hobby is drawing, I like to draw since I was little. Well, many kids must be like to draw, but I still like it until now, and I will always like it. I draw many things, including cartoons (that one is my favorite). But I like to draw realistic objects too. I draw when I'm bored, happy, or even sad. Beside that, I like to read too, especially novels. I like them very much. I have so many books in my room. I start to collect them since I was in elementary school.

I use my leisure time to do many things, like do my hobbies, study, work on projects, try to reach my targets, and many other things. I usually spend my time with my family and my friends too. But now I'm busy with doing my home works, study for exam, and come to many events, especially for family events

I don't know what I have to explain again, I'm so sorry. I'm only a simple girl. I like simple. Although my life isn't that simple. But well this is me and my life

See you on the next post. Byee
